• All orders take 3–5 business days to process and pack.
• You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as we’ve begun preparing your set.

Delivery Days
• Shipments run Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays).
• Cut-off times for daily shipping labels are Eastern Time; orders placed after that will begin processing the next business day.

Order Tracking

  1. Order confirmation email (immediately upon purchase)
  2. Shipping confirmation email (once your package is on its way), including:
    • Order number
    • Carrier name
    • Tracking link
  3. Track via the carrier’s website or on our “Track My Order” page.
    If you don’t see tracking info within 48 hours of your shipping confirmation, please reach out.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
• Taxes, duties, or import fees — if any — are not included in product prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
• These charges are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery or pick-up.
• Please check your local customs office for estimates before ordering.

Damaged or Missing Items
• Inspect your package before signing for delivery.
• If anything is missing or damaged:

  1. Do not sign for the package (or note “damaged” on the receipt).
  2. Take clear photos of the outer packaging, inner box, and damaged item.
  3. Email support@mymagnetworld.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
    • We’ll coordinate a replacement or refund—no questions asked.
    • You may also file a claim with the carrier; we’re happy to assist.

Address Accuracy
• Please enter your delivery address in English and include a valid mobile phone number for courier contact.
• We are not responsible for delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
• Contact us immediately if you need to correct your shipping information.

Temporary Shipping Delays
Holiday Suspensions: Carrier operations may pause on certain holidays; orders placed then will ship as soon as service resumes.
Unforeseen Events: Strikes, material shortages, or extreme weather can add 2–3 weeks. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
